I Know Too Much About Not Sleeping Enough!

Eventually, I’d had enough of lying awake at night in misery! I committed myself to learning everything I could about how to sleep better. Practicing mindfulness became a regular part of my day. I also studied willpower. I took steps, documented them and evaluated my progress regularly.

You choose which habit changes to make that will allow a transformation in your sleeping pattern.

Over time I made a huge shift, turning my unproductive habits, attitudes and beliefs around. Most often, now, I have vibrant energy through out my day. Not that I always sleep perfectly. Thankfully, however, my positive pattern continues to grow and strengthen. When I know about something especially good, I love to share it with those who might find it beneficial.

As a wellness coach, I collaborate with people in improving their sleep with a holistic body-mind-spirit approach. More of my story

I am passionate about learning and teaching on the subject of holistic health. In addition to being a wellness coach; I’m a massage therapist, a teacher, and have a masters degree in clinical psychology. In my professional life I have participated along side my clients and associates as they increased their wellness and worked to heal themselves. I have always experienced joy and fulfillment in working with people to improve their health.

We all have challenges. One of mine was to get the rest I needed for really enjoying my days as well as doing my best work. Finally after exploring the use of dietary changes, herbs, aromatherapy, guided meditations, and even prescription medications (for a short while), I became a good sleeper. The explorations were helpful yet, my real transformations came from changing my thinking and attitudes about sleep. I am so grateful for the renewed energy and peace of mind I now have.

I’m so happy to be here offering empowering sleeping solutions to people far and near.

When I’m not writing or chatting with people, I can be found on a mountain trail or hiking around a lake. Or I can be seen having great fun at my local farmers markets! There’s so much connecting with neighbors as well as bringing the most delicious foods to my table.
